Kari’s passion for floral design began at an early age as a hula dancer under the guidance of her Kumu Maile Baird and Kumu Hualani Ku'ulei Carter Brandt. Through their teachings, she developed a deep appreciation for the cultural significance of gathering materials and crafting lei and adornments. Every lei is carefully created to reflect the wearer and the occasion it represents.
